We are taking deposits now for our pigs.  They’ll be available in late fall, priced at $4.75 hanging weight.    

When the pigs are ready the butcher comes and takes them. We use Del Fox Meats in Stanwood, and they can answer specific questions about cutting and wrapping. We’ll notify you of the hanging weignt and our final price, and we’ll need you to send a final check for the balance.

You should speak directly with the butcher to tell them how you want your pork cut and wrapped, and also if you want specialize processing, such as smoking.  The butcher is very experienced, and can guide you through this process.  At pick-up time you will also need to pay the butcher separately for slaughter/cut-wrap-freeze fees.
